This short course provides helpful tips and hints on how trainers can improve the facilitation side of their training skills. That is, how to build consensus and carry the class along as they learn new knowledge and practice new skills.

In the information age, trainers are hardly expected to know everything about a subject. With access to unlimited information, learners may be able to cover a subject quite thoroughly on their own. The trainers role then changes to one of facilitation.

This course is a gateway to changing the way one engages with learners, in a more interactive and interesting manner.
